In honor of the polka show on the radio that was listened to for decades, Miss X presents Polka with Halloween music!    It must have been difficult for you to dance during the show in the dark, as this show can only be heard in....   the dark.   For my older and only brother, who passed away tragically two years ago today..  on Earth January 20, 1968- Sept. 24, 2023--    forever in my mind. I never left you. 

It is the traditional Miss X labor day weekend search for Bigfoot, and give to your favorite charity this weekend and Monday to keep the Labor Day tradition alive!  We are live outside, as on every labor day weekend, iso Bigfoot.  

It took over half a century, but I predicted (strongly felt) this one would be a tornado.. and it was. All my childhood, we went in the basement in the dark for hours at a time during Torando warnings.. but I knew this tornado warning tonite , after midnight, would result in a tornado. ):  And it did, only about 8 miles from where I stood. This radio show features amazing live footage of an F1 as it was occurring during a storm Miss X was in at 12:06 am and onward this very early morn .  This is one of life's phenomena that we discuss here on night owls radio.   TUNE IN.

One step beyond was a little-known American television show of the 1960's that featured scary stories of the paranormal, such as The room upstairs, the episode  on Night owls radio tonite. No one believes the woman when she senses a mysterious  counterpart to her personality. She then ventures up to the room and travels back in time. 

  For the loneliess... the dateless... as always, night owls radio. What do you think of the stories of people supposedly seeing aliens in their yard? This one has claims of a strange noise, then a crashing sound, followed by stange creatures who did not look human, according to the observant.                     

Scheduled a show especially for tonight in order to have horror and monster movie connisseur Joe Flynn on to tell us about all the guests and fun that went on at this year's Monsterpalooza June, 2023 in Burbank, California.  :)  The great thing about horror movie conventions is discovering that actor from an obscure horror or monster movie you just watched, or watched many years ago, as a guest at the event! Joe has been a fixture in the San Jose, CA area for many years, hosting his Joe Flynn show on new horror films, as well as other shows. I heard a recording of a wolf when scared, and realized it sounded a LOT like what people claim to be the sound of Sasquatch. You may have heard these so-called Sasquatch sounds of Bigfoot on other radio shows and tv programs, and I am here to counter that.  Are the sounds actually being made by another animal, or combination animal-human? The similarity of voice among siblings is a phenomena that exists EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T GROW UP AMONGST YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, and this is shown in the story of Caty Sage, a child born in Virginia in the 1800's who was taken by a bandit and given to the Wyandot Tribes in Miss X's birthplace of Ohio. One of Miss X's maternal grandfathers was born at the base of the Appalachian mountains in Western PA, and tonite, on Night owls radio, I remember Caty Sage, from an Appalachian  family of 17 children.  She was chasing butterflies one day as a very small child in the year 1792 when she was kidnapped and taken to live with the Wyandot Tribe, who also traversed the land where your host, Miss X, grew up. God's power far exceeds all fear, and author Richard D. Lewis focuses on the paranormal occurences within Christianity to show us that, as I have said on Night owls radio many times before, what humans consider to be 'paranormal' is not unusual at all, and can only appear to be so from our limited earthly thinking and experience. Tommy, Brigadoon is not there anymore. Oh, really?? Brigadoon is a wonderful story I first saw in a live theater production when I was a child, and it stuck with me. This version was made-for-tv in 1966 and stars Peter Falk and Robert Goulet.  This was the closest to an Irish movie we could find, and it's SCOTLAND/SCOTTISH, totally different, I know. So, step into the time machine with me at this St Patrick's Day time, back to 1760's SCOTLAND (not Ireland) to discover the terrible dilemma of a couple who fall in love, until he discovers she was born in 1742 in this strange village he has stumbled upon, and HE is a swinging-1960s- New Yorker. Do they separate, or does he stay in the magical village of yesteryear and adapt to the ways of 1760's Scotland?   Paranormal and true love know no bounds.
